Welcome to Numpage. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Numpage, including our website builder, hosted pages, lead capture tools, domains, templates, billing features, and related services.
By creating an account or using Numpage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Numpage is a website-building and lead-generation platform that allows users to create, publish, manage, and collect leads through websites and forms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must contact us immediately.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or are used unlawfully.
Numpage allows you to create websites using templates, tools, images, forms, and settings available in the platform.
You are responsible for reviewing your website before publishing. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, claims, promises, pricing, legal notices, or content published by you.
We may provide default pages, placeholder content, or design suggestions, but you are responsible for ensuring your published website is accurate, lawful, and suitable for your business.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or publish using Numpage, including text, images, logos, business information, form fields, and website content.
You grant Numpage a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, and reproduce your content only as needed to provide and operate the service.
You must not upload or publish content that:
infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or harmful;
contains malware, phishing content, spam, or deceptive links;
impersonates another person or business;
promotes illegal products, services, or activities;
violates payment provider, hosting provider, or domain provider rules.
We may remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Numpage provides tools to collect leads through website forms.
You are responsible for deciding what information you collect, why you collect it, and whether you have a lawful basis to collect it.
You must not use Numpage forms to collect highly sensitive information unless you have appropriate legal grounds and safeguards. This includes, for example, health data, government identifiers, financial account details, passwords, or children’s data.
You are responsible for providing your own privacy notice, cookie notice, consent wording, and any legally required disclosures on your website.
For personal data submitted through your forms, you are generally the data controller and Numpage acts as a service provider or processor, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use a Numpage system domain or connect your own custom domain.
For custom domains, you are responsible for owning or controlling the domain and correctly configuring DNS records.
Numpage may automatically check DNS configuration, but we do not guarantee that DNS, SSL, or third-party domain changes will complete within a specific time.
We may refuse, suspend, or remove domains that are unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful to the platform.
Some Numpage features require a paid subscription.
We may offer a free trial. Unless stated otherwise, trial access is temporary and may expire automatically. After the trial ends, some features or websites may be restricted until a paid package is selected or payment is completed.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms.
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for subscription fees, renewals, taxes, and other applicable charges.
You may cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or agreed by us.
We may change pricing or package features, but we will give reasonable notice where required.
You must not use Numpage to:
send spam or unsolicited marketing;
collect leads using deceptive, unlawful, or misleading methods;
publish phishing pages or impersonation pages;
distribute malware or harmful code;
attack, overload, scrape, or interfere with the platform;
bypass security, payment, usage, or access controls;
violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
host content related to prohibited or high-risk activities where our providers do not allow it.
We may suspend or disable websites, forms, domains, or accounts that violate this section.
Numpage may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud providers, payment processors, email providers, DNS providers, analytics tools, and domain infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, policy changes, or account restrictions.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We may also perform maintenance or make emergency changes where needed.
We are not liable for downtime, data delays, DNS propagation delays, email delivery failures, third-party outages, or loss of leads caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Numpage owns the platform, software, templates, system designs, branding, code, workflows, and documentation, except for content owned by you or third parties.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Numpage platform except as allowed by these Terms.
Templates, layouts, suggested copy, and design assets provided by Numpage are offered to help you build websites faster.
You are responsible for checking that any template, generated text, image, claim, or design is suitable, accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights before publishing.
Numpage may send transactional emails related to your account, security, billing, leads, domain setup, deployments, and service notifications.
We may also notify you about important product or legal changes.
Marketing emails, if used, will be sent only where permitted by law and will include an unsubscribe option.
We may suspend or terminate your account, website, forms, domains, or access to the service if:
you breach these Terms;
payment fails or subscription access expires;
your content creates legal, security, or platform risk;
required by law or third-party provider rules;
your use harms Numpage, users, visitors, or third parties.
You may stop using Numpage at any time. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
Numpage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
your website will generate leads, sales, traffic, or rankings;
templates will fit every business or legal requirement;
emails will always be delivered;
DNS or SSL setup will complete instantly;
the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You are responsible for your business, website content, customer communications, legal compliance, and use of leads.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numpage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Numpage in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Your use of Numpage is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must ensure your own website includes any privacy, cookie, consent, or legal notices required for your visitors and leads.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Your continued use of Numpage after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless your company is registered elsewhere and you choose a different jurisdiction.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
